Alyssa Arroyo & Charles Green

Charles and Alyssa met in an Acrobatics class in New York City in 2014 (Charles says ‘hey!’. it’s super effective!) and have been training together ever since. Alyssa has been a full time Yoga teacher since 2009, is 500RYT certified, and has over 1000 hours of training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Hot Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Acro Yoga, and Thai Massage. You can find her at various studios throughout the bay area. Check alyssaarroyo.com for her schedule. Charles is, as “they” say, “in tech”. (Boring, new topic!) Charles makes a really mean pumpkin pie, inarguably better than his brothers pumpkin pie. You can find his pies seasonally wherever Charles is cooking throughout the bay area. Anyways, you can often find Charles & Alyssa in Mission Dolores Park on Saturday afternoon practicing together. Finally, no bio would ever be complete without reference to our respective mothers, who put up with us through thick and thin. Thank you.
Alana Lee & Colton Silva
Alana & Colton are the typical story of boy meets girl, girl does Acro, boy starts Acro to get close to girl & the rest is history. Well sort of. Due to their busy schedules it is only for the last few months that they have actually started training partner acrobatics more consistently. As full-time yoga teacher/fitness instructor/personal trainers Alana & Colton run all around the city teaching sometimes as many as 10 classes/clients per day at serval different locations. Alana grew up competing & performing in gymnastics, dance, cheer & music. Colton has been an athlete & lover of movement his whole life at the pinnacle of his career playing baseball for Hawaii Pacific University. As a ball player, he never imagined he would be here today wearing tights & lifting his girlfriend over his head. This dynamic duo is delighted to share their love of movement with you tonight as this will be their debut/farewell performance. They are about to embark on a new adventure, moving to Taos, New Mexico at the end of the month where you can join them this summer for their first yoga, fitness & hot springs retreat.
Nikki Borodi & Link Zampiro
“Acrolele” is the joined forces of Nikki Borodi and Link Zampino, offering visually stunning acrobatic, musical, and vocal performances that take the audience on an emotional journey, exploring the realms of communication, relationships, and personal expression. In this uniquely entertaining debut performance, “Acrolele” takes it up a notch by adding the creative use of lighting and video projections, diving into the depths of the human experience by navigating the dualities of shadow, light, trust and fear. Creative direction and music by Nikki Borodi. Special thanks to Nicole Jaquis for help with music and visuals.
Kiplinn Sagmiller & Toni Cannon
Kiplinn and Toni met at the Athletic Playground in early 2014 and their friendship spawned dance magic from the start. Toni knows that Kiplinn will do anything but 2 high, like camel or dolphin or anything where her head is below her hips. So naturally they discovered acro dance and have performed together for Living Dream Arts in 2015 and Bodywork and Dessert 2016. They both love teaching and sharing what they’ve learned with others and have big dreams for 2017…Montreal? Israel?
DelSol (Delila & Enrico)
DelSol is an artistic collaboration formed between Delila Darling & SolRiso in the Spring of 2016. After years of pursuing their individually respected performance careers, they combined their mutual interests in Dance, Object Manipulation, Partner Acrobatics, Martial Arts, and Costume + Makeup Design to see what magic they together could create.
